The first card, representing you (the seeker), will be placed in the center of the cross. This card represents your question and the major forces in your life now.

The second card will be placed on top of the seeker card. This card tells you about your conscious and subconscious thoughts and feelings.

The third card will be placed to the right of the seeker card. This card shows what kind of influences are affecting you emotionally.

The fourth card will be placed below the seeker card. This card tells you about how we are affected by the spiritual plane.

The fifth card will be placed to the left of the seeker. This card tells you how you are affected by the physical plane.

NOW THE CROSS HAS BEEN FORMED AND THE TRIANGLE IS COMPLETE.

The sixth and the seventh card will be placed at the bottom left and bottom right corners of the triangle, respectively. These cards represent the energies working in opposition to you, often causing conflict. .

The final card, the resolving force, will be placed just below the cross in the third vertex of the triangle. It represents the energies necessary to resolve the conflict.
